Court of Appeal (Amendment), of 1993

The Federal Military Government hereby decrees as follows:

1.         The Court of Appeal Act (in this Decree referred to as “the principal Act) is amended as set out in this Decree.

2.         Section 1 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the word “forty-one” the word “fifty”.

3.         This Decree may be cited as the Court of Appeal (Amendment) Decree
